Checking in and out

- Luggage and similar items may be stored on premise before Check-in if agreed with host. No liability is assumed for loss or damage
- Checkout before 10:00 AM (10:00) local time
During your stay
- Quiet hours
- 10:00 PM (22:00) – 7:00 AM (7:00) local time
- No parties or events
- No pets inside
- No smoking inside
- No commercial photography
Social visits
Any visits to the premises by persons who have not been declared as official booking guests must be agreed with the hosts in advance – and formal confirmation must be obtained. If confirmed and not otherwise declared, external visitors may stay on the premises for a maximum of 2 hours.
Additional rules
To ensure a good neighbor relationship, we would like to point out that making noise or loud music in between quiet hours (as declared above) is not permitted.
Keeping pets and smoking in any areas beside the balconies is forbidden.
Any damages that have been made by the guests to the accommodation or any item provided before Check-out must be declared before departure and will be charged for reimbursement.
